House Rules
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM (self check-in with lockbox)
- Checkout: Before 11:00 AM
- Leave keys in the lockbox upon departure
- GPS directions & route photos provided before arrival
During Your Stay
- Maximum 2 guests
- No smoking inside the studio (you can smoke freely in the courtyard using ashtrays)
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Please turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving
- Extra clean sheets and towels are available in the wardrobe
- Please leave used white items in the laundry basket in the bathroom
- Nearest trash bin is located near the entrance
Cleaning
- Cleaning is performed upon departure and once after the 5th day of stay
- Intermediate cleaning is free for weekly stays
- Additional cleaning available upon request for a charge

Important Information
- The private bathroom is located directly opposite the studio at 3.2 meters distance in a clean, well-lit outdoor area — as is traditional in old Cretan houses. Bathrobes & slippers are provided. Bathroom height: 1.65 m.
- Access to the studio is through the owner's courtyard, but your space is discreet and independent
- Car or motorcycle is essential due to the uphill road (1,300 m from the sea) and lack of public transport
- Free parking available on the road
- Some outdoor spaces are shared with the owners
